Joining me as our special guest is Lado Kublashvili, an expert winemaker from Winery Khareba. He’ll guide us through the history, cultivation, and magic of this native Georgian grape, while shedding light on Georgia’s ancient winemaking traditions—home to the cradle of viticulture!
