It’s Monday, Let’s raise a glass to the beginning of another week. It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass! Back in September I read a blog post written by Robin Bell Renker in which she discussed Dineen Vineyards Cabernet Franc. And as you know, when I hear Cab Franc, my ears perk up! I reached out to Marissa Dineen and asked if she would be interested in chatting up Cab Franc. It took a bit of time due to this year’s crazy harvest, but we finally got to sit down and share a glass together.
