Her work can be found in VinePair, Edible Capital District, Bust magazine, and Gastronomica, and on United Stations Radio Networks, just to name a few. She recently co authored, a book titled; “Hudson Valley Wine: A History of Taste & Terroir.” We discuss her dedication to expanding people’s understanding of sustainability and why it is so important.
