It’s Monday, Let’s raise a glass to the beginning of another week. It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass! Today, we return to Winephabet Street, where the letter of the day is H.

I was so excited for this episode. Anytime I can talk about a Spanish region or grape variety, I am happy! Which is one of the reasons why I decided to go through the Spanish Wine Scholar program. For the letter H, we chose Hondarrabi Zuri from the autonomous region Pais Vasco. Seen on a label as Txakoli, the white grape variety is a slightly sparkling, very dry white wine with high acidity and low alcohol. And who would we ask to be our guest?
