A few years ago, thanks to the wine education program, Wine Studio, I was introduced to Albarino and the wines of Rias Baixas. In all honesty, it was love at first sip and I have become an advocate for the region, talking about it to anyone who will listen. Earlier this month, I was invited to a Master Class on Rias Baixas hosted by Gregory & Vine. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend, but thankfully Stefanie Schwalb was able to arrange this one on one for me! She is the best!! I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.
